Have a question about registration, travel, or conference activities? We can help! Below we have answered some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about attending the 33rd Annual Florida SME Regional Mining Conference.

 
How do I register a group?
For the attendee group registration form, please contact SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200 or cs@smenet.org.
How can I get a copy of an invoice or receipt?
Please send all receipt inquiries to meetings@smenet.org or contact SME Customer Service at 303.948.4200.
If I pre-register, when do I receive my badge and conference materials?
All badges and conference related materials will be distributed onsite at the 33rd Annual Florida SME Regional Mining Conference registration desk located at the RP Funding Center.
What does my full conference registration include?
The registration fees include access to all technical sessions, access to the exhibit hall, lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and the reception Wednesday evening.
Are Technical Sessions included in the registration?
Yes, your registrations allows you access to all technical sessions.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
On Wednesday, October 3rd, the exhibit hall is open from 7:30am to 6:30pm.  On Thursday, October 4th, the exhibit hall is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm.  Please see the Attendee Schedule for more information on activities and conference hours.
When does on-site registration for attendees open?
Onsite registration will open on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 7:30am at the RP Funding Center.
Is there a one-day registration option for the 33rd Annual Florida SME Regional Mining Conference?
Yes, there is a one-day registration option for both Wednesday and Thursday. You may only register for one one-day registration.
May I bring a guest to meals and social functions?

No, everyone attending the lunches or social functions must be a registered attendee.

How do I change my address or other contact information?
All changes to an attendee record much be submitted in writing to meetings@smenet.org.
What is the refund and cancellation policy for conference registration?

If circumstances require you to cancel your 33rd Annual FLSME Regional Mining Conference registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to  meetings@smenet.org or by mail to 33rd Annual FLSME Regional Mining Conference Registration, c/o SME, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112. Cancellations received by September 5, 2018 will receive a full refund, less a processing fee of 50% of the registration cost. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after September 5, 2018. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until September 5, 2018. After September 5, 2018, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration will be issued after the September 5, 2018 deadline.

 

Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations.
